In conjunction with The Sale Town Partnership, The Square Shopping Centre held its annual
light switch on in Town Square on Saturday 26th November.
The event started at 11am with Christmas Tunes and finished at 3.35pm with special
guest Charlie + Lola to switch on the lights, events were performed throughtout the day
with acts including Stalder Academy of Dance, The Courage to Sing Choir, Supakids
Amy Faulkner,Prime Dance, AMC Choir, James Goodwin Musical Theatre, Cadmans
Dance Centre and Sale Nomads.....all of which were very well supported aswell as the
weather staying dry.
The day's event then continued at the Waterside, King's Ransom with live music and
a barbecue, Oca with Pizza Tasting, Pot Painting and Puppet Making, Sale Crusing Club's
Boat Parade (featuring Santa Claus). The Square and Town Partnership would like to
thank everybody for their participation in the event and making the day enjoyable.
